ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs an Account manager for Brittaney Allen State Farm, you play an important role in the growth of our agency by building relationships, identifying customer needs, and recommending insurance products that help protect what matters most. You will work with new and existing customers to provide guidance, answer questions, and offer coverage solutions that fit their goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to support retention and agency growth
  • Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to better meet customer needs
  • Educate customers on insurance options using a needs-based approach
  • Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into sales
  • Recommend, explain, and sell appropriate insurance products to new and existing customers
  • Follow up on warm leads, referrals, and other sales opportunities
  • Provide prompt, professional, and friendly customer service throughout the sales process
  • Help resolve customer concerns and support long-term customer relationship
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Sales experience preferred; insurance sales experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable initiating sales conversations and asking for the business
  • Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Dedicated to providing excellent customer service
  • Property & Casualty license preferred or ability to obtain
  • Life & Health license preferred or ability to obtain
Compensation $3,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month
