ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a telemarketer for Brittaney Allen, your creativity and strategy promote the continued growth of our agency. Your diversified marketing shapes our brand’s public image and cultivates existing customer relations. As an inventive and sales-minded professional, we are eager to incorporate your skillset into our agency. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm products and services.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Identify and qualify leads for the agent and team members by gathering relevant customer information.
- Schedule appointments for the agent and licensed team members.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activity.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Additional bonus qualifications
- Previous telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
