ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2023 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming an agent, I spent 10 years as a State Farm team member, gaining valuable experience and developing a passion for helping customers and building strong teams.

I earned my degree from University of Houston and am married, my husband is also part of the agency team. Outside of work, I’m a passionate advocate for animals and regularly foster and rescue pets. We even have an office dog, Luna, who helps make the office a fun and welcoming place to work.

Giving back to the community is very important to me. As a YMCA board member, I help support fundraising efforts for local children, including back-to-school backpack and school supply drives. I’m also actively involved with animal rescue organizations and enjoy supporting causes that make a difference in the lives of both people and animals.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brittaney Allen - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
